Solana · $MILL

The millnever stops.

Every trade feeds the mill.

A Solana-native treasury strategy built around the Papertrade ecosystem. Designed to turn trading fees into PAPER-related rewards and token buybacks.

Proposed treasury. Not yet operating.

How it works

Five turns of the same wheel.

The pinwheel is the picture. Value is meant to come in, turn through a treasury, and come back only when a step is actually supported.

  1. The raw material is a fee that trading activity actually produces and that is eligible to reach PaperMill. A creator fee on Solana and a Token-2022 transfer fee are different mechanisms. Neither is assumed, and neither is interchangeable with the other. Until a real fee path names this treasury, nothing is collected.

  2. Eligible fees are designed to settle in a Solana treasury wallet. The treasury is a holding place with a public address, not a yield product and not an estimate. No wallet has been published, so there is no balance to inspect yet.

  3. The design allocates treasury assets toward PAPER-related strategies that Papertrade actually supports. PAPER is not assumed to be freely buyable, transferable, bridgeable, or stakeable. If the venue does not support a step, that step stays off.

  4. If a supported strategy pays a reward, that reward is collected and accounted for after it arrives. PaperMill does not advertise a rate, and expected rewards are not treated as realized ones.

  5. Value that has actually been received is intended to fund market buybacks of $MILL. Bought-back tokens may be burned only under rules the protocol publishes. A buyback is not itself a burn, and neither action is running.

03 / Strategy

From fees to buybacks, only when the step is real.

PaperMill is a treasury design for the Papertrade ecosystem. It is not Papertrade, and it does not operate a hidden book of positions.

01

Fees enter only if they are eligible

Trading activity can produce a creator or protocol fee. PaperMill counts a fee only when that fee is actually routed to the treasury. The route is not configured.

02

The treasury is a wallet, not a forecast

Assets are meant to sit at a published Solana address until they are allocated. There is no published address, and this site will not sketch one.

03

PAPER rewards are conditional

Rewards require a Papertrade strategy the protocol can actually use. Transfer, bridge, and stake support is not assumed. No rate is quoted.

04

Buybacks spend realized rewards

Only value that has arrived is intended for $MILL buybacks. Burns, if any, follow a published rule. Neither action has a transaction history.

What can be checked

  • The treasury wallet, once published, on a Solana explorer.
  • The mint address, once announced.
  • Buyback and burn signatures tied to that wallet.
  • Any change to a published parameter, as its own transaction.

Internal notes are not chain proof. If a step happens on Papertrade, that venue’s own record is a separate source.

Creator fees

A route chosen by a launch or trade venue

A Solana creator fee is value a venue can direct to a coin creator or another named recipient. It depends on that venue’s rules. It is not a property of every transfer.

Token-2022 transfer fees

A fee enforced by the token program

A Token-2022 transfer fee is charged by the token program when the mint is configured for it. It is a different mechanism, with different accounts and different rules.

PaperMill does not treat those two fee paths as interchangeable. Either one applies only if it is actually available, configured, and usable for this treasury. Neither has been configured.

06 / FAQ

Common questions, answered plainly.

PaperMill is a proposed Solana token and treasury strategy. Eligible trading fees are designed to accumulate in a treasury, be allocated toward PAPER-related strategies when those strategies are actually supported, and fund buybacks of $MILL from rewards that have been realized. Bought-back tokens may be burned under rules the protocol publishes. None of that machinery is deployed, and this site does not report live performance.

Eligible fees are meant to settle in a PaperMill treasury wallet on Solana. From there, assets would be allocated only to PAPER strategies the protocol can actually use. Rewards that have been received, not merely expected, are the intended source for buybacks. No treasury wallet has been published, so there is no live treasury to track.

PaperMill is designed around the Papertrade ecosystem. It is a separate project. It does not control Papertrade, and it does not inherit Papertrade balances, users, or product guarantees.

From trading activity that generates an eligible creator or protocol fee payable to PaperMill. That path has not been configured. Solana creator fees and Token-2022 transfer fees are different mechanisms and must not be treated as the same thing.

Only if treasury assets are allocated to a PAPER-related strategy that pays a reward, and only after that reward is collected. PaperMill does not quote a rate. If Papertrade does not support the intended strategy, no reward is generated.

Realized rewards are intended to buy $MILL in the market. Those purchases, once they exist, should be ordinary Solana transactions. They are not running. A buyback is not the same thing as a burn. Burns, if they happen, follow a published rule.

Yes, once addresses are published. Wallet balances, transfers, buybacks, and burns on Solana can be opened in a Solana explorer. This site is meant to link those records rather than replace them. Until a wallet and mint are published, there is nothing on-chain to verify.

The protocol is not live. PAPER mechanisms may not allow the strategy. Fees may never arrive. Rewards may be zero. Buybacks can fail for liquidity reasons. Cross-chain transfers can fail. Keys and operational mistakes can lose funds. Tokens can go to zero. Nothing on this site is a promise of yield.

No official affiliation has been verified. PaperMill is independent unless an official relationship is published by the parties involved.
